Cross Border_Cluster I_II_II.V_III

A collective of Argentine, Brazilian, British, Colombian, Mexican and Venezuelan artists formed three mixed media shows across London, exhibiting emerging contemporary artists alongside the work of two American greats, Ed Ruscha and Jean-Michel Basquiat

Following the success of Cluster I in the vast empty shell of a restaurant site behind Carnaby Street, which included artists at every stage of their careers, Cluster II continued to build new relationships between artists, galleries and funding organisations, to promote the very best contemporary art. Cluster III brought the work to East London, with paste-ups all along the derelict warehouse walls of Orchard Place, leading to another multi-faceted exhibition on the banks of the Thames, now the large Goodluck Hope housing development.
